Freshmen Boys game update 10/20/11

The Freshmen Boys Soccer team put up a great effort yesterday against Marshfield High School. We played to a 1-1 tie after a very hard fought game. The whole team did great with all of the adjustments we made and everything started to come together very nicely in the second half. The field was in pretty poor condition due to the recent rain that we have had in the past week and the wind played a huge factor in the game. We did a great job adjusting to the elements and battling back from a 1-0 deficit in the second half.

Everyone put in a great effort especially Ryan Silva, Ryan Nardone, Jeff Govoni, and Ryan Kelly. It was a solid team effort and it definitely showed. Today we have practice at 2:30pm and we will continue to work on our adjustments and improve on our overall defensive game. We will see you all this afternoon.
