Great 2 - 0 victory at Pembroke! Good team play throughout. The Panthers scored our 1st goal in the 1st half - Midfielder Chris Hughye collected a ball that deflected off a Pembroke defender and delivered into the back of the net! Pembroke had a chance to tie when an unfortunate PK was called against the Panthers. Cam Coulstring, playing Goalkeeper vs his former Pembroke teammates (talk about pressure), stopped the PK, keeping our lead into the 2nd half!! In the 2nd, the defense, anchored by Garrett McSweeney at sweeper, kept the Titans scoreless. Tom Heine, on an assist from Jose Cantu, scored our 2nd goal assuring a Panther win.
Next stop Duxbury. Bus leaves at 2:30.
