Whitman Hanson Boys’ Soccer Program

Dear Parents/Guardians,

            The time has come for us to celebrate our team and individual accomplishments from this past season.  On Saturday, January 25^th, 2014, the boys’ soccer program will hold its annual banquet.  The coaching staff is looking forward to seeing everyone together again as we remember our accomplishments no matter how big or small they were.  All players are expected to attend.  A full-catered meal will be provided so bring your appetite.

 Panther Soccer Camp will pay for all players.  All other family members will pay the per person rate listed below.  Please check in at the Student Dining Hall upon arrival.  Please read over the info below & call me if you have any questions, 781-618-7432 school, 508-866-2627 home.

SENIOR PARENTS, please provide baby or childhood photo’s of your son asap so I can get them into the show.  Email them to me or send in with your son.

PLACE:     Whitman Hanson Reg. High School
  TIME:        4:00 – 6:45 (meal served at 4:00, check in at table at Student Dining Hall)
COST:       $10.00 per person, (all players are free courtesy of Panther Soccer Camp)
 ATTIRE:   Players should wear shirts & ties
FRESHMAN:  Please bring some type of desert (cookies, brownies,
                             cup cakes, cake, or one of your favorite deserts).
 

Please fill out the form below and return it by January 16^th, 2014.  Have your son deliver the form to me at school or mail in ASAP.
